European Parliament Hosts Photo Exhibition on Dalai Lama’s Life

On 30 June 2015, MEPs Thomas Mann (Germany, EPP) and Csaba Sógor (Romania, EPP), the International Campaign for Tibet (ICT), the Office of Tibet in Brussels and the Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organization (UNPO) will jointly hold a special event to mark the 80th birthday of the Dalai Lama in the European Parliament.

Ahead of the next EU-China Summit, starting on 29 June in Brussels, EU Member States must reach a common position on human rights concerns in Tibet and raise them with the Chinese government during this exchange. European Parliament Exhibition on the Occasion of the Dalai Lama’s 80th Birthday

On 30th June, MEPs Thomas Mann and Csaba Sógor, the International Campaign for Tibet (ICT) and the Office of Tibet in Brussels will jointly hold a special event to mark the 80th birthday of the Dalai Lama in the European Parliament. The photo exhibition, “Ways of Wisdom: Celebrating the Dalai Lama’s 80th Birthday”, will be displayed in the European Parliament until 3 July.
