On February 19, 2014 the European Parliament will hold a special event for its 100th Tibet Intergroup meeting, which will be hosted by MEP Thomas Mann, President of the Tibet Intergroup. The meeting will be followed by a photo exhibition on Tibet and cocktail reception.
Screening of film “Leaving Fear Behind” in the European Parliament
On January 21, 2014, the International Campaign for Tibet co-organized with the office of MEP Leonidas Donskis the screening of the documentary Leaving Fear Behind by Tibetan filmmaker Dhondup Wangchen, who was sentenced to six years in prison for subversion.
